CraneLink

Low-latency transmission

of video and control signals

Skizze vom Kran

CraneLink enables video-monitored remote control of cranes. For the secure and low-latency transmission of video and control signals, standard industrial network infrastructure is sufficient. There is no need for expensive fiber optic cabling or other customized solutions—a stable network connection (≥ 100 Mbit/s) is adequate.

CraneLink is operated from a desk or control console using off-the-shelf joysticks and monitors.

Latency can be constantly monitored in real-time via a visual comparison between a reference pattern continuously generated at the remote station and a synchronously generated pattern captured by a camera on the crane.

Our emergency stop function complies with the legal requirements regarding connection loss: this ensures that the emergency stop can always be reliably triggered, or it will automatically activate in the event of connection issues.

An upgrade to Performance Level D is expected in Q3 2025.
