Our LiDAR-based collision prevention system uses advanced laser scanning technology to create a precise, real-time 3D map of the crane's surroundings. The system continuously detects and recognizes stationary obstacles within the crane's working area.



Roadmap: Moving obstacles will be recognised



When an obstacle is identified, the system actively prevents the crane from moving a load into the detected object. This automatic intervention helps avoid collisions, ensuring the safety of personnel, protecting equipment, and minimizing the risk of costly damage or downtime.



The system intelligently integrates with crane control logic to enable smooth, efficient operation without compromising safety.



A Performance Level D compliant version of the collision prevention system is scheduled for release next year, meeting the highest industry safety standards and supporting the move toward increasingly autonomous crane operation.
